What is Dermolipectomia Abdominal or abdominoplasty?
It is the surgical removal of excess skin and fat below the navel, as well as often being associated with the closing of apeneurose (tape) abdominal and the repositioning of the navel, providing a great improvement in the contour of the abdomen.

The surgery of the abdomen leaves very visible scar?

Recommendations Pre-operativeps:

  • JFast, 8 hours, including liquids;

  • Do not smoke or use illegal drugs within 2 weeks preceding the surgery;

  • Do not drink within 48 hours of surgery;

  • Bath on the day of surgery with soap neutral;

  • Do not use any kind of makeup, jewelry, watches, polishnail so dark and etc.Before surgery.

  • The drainage can be initiated between 4 and 8 th day of postoperative;

  • Urinate before going to the surgical center.

  • Schedule your social activities, home and school, so as not to become unavailable to third and not undermine the postoperative recovery.
     

Recommendations Post-operative:

  • Walking slightly curved (bending torso) until to 4 weeks;

  • After to have high, the food should be initially mild. From of the Day 2 eat fibers to facilitate intestinal function;

  • The patient should use compression of tape or track abdominal for a minimum period of one month, but the ideal is 3 months.

  • In the first two weeks, should avoid local trauma, sudden movements and torso;

  • Sleep with 2 pillows under the head and one under the knees, to prevent traction in the abdomen;

  • The patient can drive cars and to do slight gym like walk after the 1 st month.

  • Avoid exposure to the sun scars of at least 3 of months postoperatively.

  • Use moisturizing cream or almond oil from of the the week 2.
